Harcourts North America proudly announces that Briana Linderman, a trusted real estate professional with Harcourts The Garner Group, has been elected to the Culver City Council.
Her passion for community, coupled with her hands-on experience in real estate and local policy, makes her a powerful new voice in Culver’s leadership.
“Living and working in Culver, I’ve had a front-row seat to the changes our community is experiencing,” said Linderman.
"As a real estate professional, I work with families every day who are trying to build a life here—and I started to feel this pull to get more involved in shaping how we grow.
When the council seat opened, I knew it was time to step up and be a voice at the table.”
Her priorities on the council include responsible growth, affordable housing, walkable infrastructure, and transparent leadership.
She’s committed to ensuring Culver grows with intention—supporting infrastructure, protecting natural resources, and maintaining the city’s welcoming character.
Briana’s insight comes from more than just transactions—she’s been deeply engaged in advocacy as a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Cascades East Association of REALTORS®. She has attended REALTOR® Day at the Capitol, advocated for housing legislation, and helped secure a National Association of REALTORS® Placemaking Grant to support the expansion of the Culver Skate Park—a project that provides safe, positive spaces for local youth.
“Real estate puts me in direct conversation with the community every day,” Linderman explained. “I hear firsthand what residents want, what builders face, and how we can do better. That insight will directly shape how I serve on the council.”
Throughout her campaign and transition into public service, Linderman has had the full support of her Harcourts team. “Sara LaFaver, Erica Davis, and Shelley Griffin—our fearless leaders—have been nothing short of incredible,” she said.
“The Harcourts culture is rooted in integrity, community, and leadership, and I feel lucky to be part of a team that lives those values every day.”
“Briana’s election to the Culver City Council is a natural extension of her passion for community and her deep understanding of housing and growth,” said Erica Davis, Co-Owner at Harcourts The Garner Group.
“She will lead with heart, integrity, and vision, always aiming to do what’s best for the community she lives in.
This opportunity also highlights how our agents – and the broader Harcourts The Garner Group brand – actively support and engage with the local communities we serve.”
Linderman is eager to get to work on initiatives that matter—improving walkability around schools and parks, exploring creative housing solutions, and revitalizing downtown Culver to better reflect the heart of the city.
“This is where I live, where I work, where my family is rooted,” she said. “To represent my neighbors and advocate for our shared future—it’s both humbling and energizing.”
She encourages other real estate professionals to consider civic involvement. “We already advocate for our clients and our communities. Civic leadership is a natural extension of that.
Whether it’s joining a committee or showing up at council meetings, your voice matters.
”As she begins her term, Linderman is focused on creating positive, lasting change and building stronger bridges between residents, city leadership, and the real estate community.
“We truly do better when we do it together,” she said. “And I’m excited to help lead that collaboration forward.”
