With over seven years in property management, sales and client success, Alex joined Inspection Express to drive adoption, streamline agency operations and deliver meaningful business outcomes.


Since then, he’s successfully onboarded 130 agencies, saving an average of 15 hours per week per agency—totalling over 101,400 hours saved annually.


In financial terms, that translates to $683,280 in additional revenue generated in New South Wales alone, with a standout success being the full rollout of 360AI—the platform’s automation engine driving compliance, workflow gains and seamless reporting.


His leadership also resulted in an 8% market share gain in just 12 months.
